With the Day 1–30 diagnostic. Before we deploy anything, we map your current stack, pipeline, and outbound motion end-to-end so the Install phase fixes the real leak — not a guessed one. You approve the diagnostic findings before any tooling changes.

A team, with Vipin setting the methodology and reviewing execution. Your day-to-day includes a Customer Success Manager, platform specialists who configure Apollo.io and your CRM, and First Contact Call coaches who run the training. You're never dependent on one person's calendar.
